UNBACKLOG TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Unbacklog is a free tool that provides mood-based game recommendations for your Steam library without storing any user data. The Service and its original content, features, functionality, algorithms, recommendation systems, and user interface are owned by Unbacklog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

2. USER AGREEMENT

By accessing or using Unbacklog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

By using Unbacklog, you agree to:

• Use the service for personal purposes only
• Not attempt to misuse or exploit the service
• Accept recommendations as suggestions only

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use any robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access, scrape, collect, or index the Service or any data contained therein
• Frame or mirror any part of the Service without prior written authorization
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services
• Extract, collect, or harvest any data, recommendation algorithms, or other proprietary elements of the Service

Excessive API calls or requests to the Service are prohibited. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting, IP blocking, or other technical measures to prevent abuse.

4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• No guarantees on availability or accuracy
• Features may change without notice
• In no event shall Unbacklog be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

5. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to access areas of the Service that you are not authorized to access

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
